Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Product contents and cleaning tablets
The purchase of an OralDock includes the OralDock product itself, designed to hold and clean your dental aligner, retainer, or similar dental appliance.
Cleaning tablets are not included with the OralDock unless they are specifically added and purchased separately during checkout.
Cleaning tablets are completely optional. The OralDock can be used with water alone, and customers who wish to use cleaning tablets may purchase them separately from our store.
The absence of cleaning tablets does not mean that the order is incomplete if tablets were not separately purchased as part of the order.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
For returns made because the customer has changed their mind or no longer wants the product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items returned without first contacting us and requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damages, defects or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@oraldock.store so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
If the return is caused by an error on our part, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, the customer will not be responsible for the applicable return shipping costs.
European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
The product must be returned in the condition required by applicable law.
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection rules, the cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
